About the event
Contrary to capitalism's New Year messaging, we've actually just settled into Winter - a time when the earth is asking us to sink into stillness, quiet, and slowness. Let us embrace this invitation with some deep reflection, guided journaling, breath work, and gratitude ritual.
We'll take time to reconcile and honor what we've experienced in 2025 in order to prepare the soil for the seeds we want to see blossom in 2026.
✨ Please come prepared with journal, any planner/calendar/notes you kept from 2025 and your sense of curiosity.
