What is the Prismatic Realm?
Some people choose to view life through rose colored glasses, others have a jaded lens.
There is another way - being deeply present with the the full spectrum of existence. The Prismatic Realm is a Beauty-filled paradigm to attend to the paradoxical pleasure and pain of existence in a sovereign, Life-supporting way.
The Prismatic Realm is not a location, it's a frequency, an acceptance of the initiatory transformation offered by life - being awake to life and what is happening for your spiritual evolution, versus life just happening to you.
It is being awake to your power to co-create with Life - cultivating the capacity to be with what is, so you can create what will be. The Prismatic Realm is a state of being. It's the catalyst, the medicine, and the destination. It isn’t about going anywhere, rather it's about being powerfully, pleasurably present.
In this paradigm, we explore:
utilizing sacred desire to channel from the unseen into the seen
embodiment through honoring the medicines of earth's beings
the creation mechanisms of imagination
Paradox Play (a framework Sufia developed to engage nuance)
deliberately circulating the currency of our attention

Sufia Ikbal-Doucet (they/them)
I've always been in relationship with that which is beyond current perception. It was nature that taught me about my queerness and genderqueerness - that even though I'm perceived as being outside of convention by society's boxes, my existence and embodiment makes sense to all that is more than human. Being able to zoom out to remember the divine interconnectedness of the All is my superpower and I'm in continual awe of the sacred geometry of the mystery. Nature's interconnectedness speaks to me in stories - how the tree and human are telling a story of breathing together, how the lion and gazelle speak of regeneration and sacred surrender.
For years I expressed storytelling through film and photography. When chronic illness and burnout from working for over a decade in social justice movements arrived as poignant teachers in my life, I learned how to honor my life force and be in the right relationship to my gifts. For awhile I hid behind justifying my work as its own activism, but eventually came out of the spiritual closet and finally became a respectful collaborator to the powerful unseen forces that work with me. It just is.
I've gone from being a storyteller of humans to sharing stories from the earth. As an earth channel, I listen intently to the stories that the rivers, stones, plants, animals and the planetary being itself is sharing with us. Stories that can help us understand and determine the story of our own lives. I believe that story is one of the most subversive tools and powerful technologies we have access to. It is what carries true power through seasons of repression and oppression, maintaining memories and reminders of world-changing possibilities.
Even though we may have forgotten how to listen, we can absolutely relearn how to become still enough, reverent enough, and sovereign enough to remember. Supporting people in doing this, in developing their intuitive language, is one of my greatest joys.
I live a devotional path, co-creating Beauty with Earth & Cosmos. Some of my main medicines and collaborators are the elements, plant and animal spirit communication, divining with the unseen realms, Beauty, paradox, sovereignty, and heart-listening.
I choose to spend the currency of my attention on that which fosters whole-hearted connection and sovereign embodiment. I no longer attempt to have the answers to our planet's social and political crises (trying to caused me to almost perish, it was the incorrect role for me). But I do have perspectives and antidotes for the existential crises, antidotes that then support us in taking liberatory action with our whole hearts and the consent of our bodies. Especially for folks who may live at the edges, those who experience spiritual and lineage disconnection, those who can see the world that's on its way even though the unimaginative around them deny it. This is my correct role.
At the most foundational level: I’m here for evolution and depth, to support people in transformation in order to create Beauty. I catalyze you into deeper connection with your inner authority - by learning about and honoring the medicines of the plants and other earth beings, and in their reflection honoring yourself.
I've experimented in many roles - in academia, the corporate world, a startup, nonprofit sector, as a visual artist, a healer, and many other shapes. I have learned how to reinvent myself and shape the flow of my life force in various ways. But the essence simultaneously remains the steady yet evolves with every iteration. I weave these paths together and now I support people in clearing what prevents them from expressing their truest nature, and help them to express it.
When we work together, you get my holistic presence. I bring my experience with social justice, media, energy healing, yoga, plant medicine, spirit communication, psychic guidance, and as a sovereignty doula, earth mystic, over two decades as a mindfulness practitioner, and my general goofiness.
I’m co-creating a world where the creatives, artists, healers, those at the margins, and the visionaries are the world leaders. We’ve been playing with all sorts of experiments on earth, now let’s play with what it’s like to have healers in positions of healthy leadership and world creation. I’m bored of war, of power-over dynamics, of supremacy, of fear. Let’s learn and play through love, evolution, power with, win-win, wonder, adoration. I offer witness and mercy to what is, and I create what wants to be.

I embody spiritual androgyny - I play with the polarities of this existence outside of the gender binary in both my physical and energetic forms.
This lifetime my path is one of Remembering the Queerness of the Rose Legacy.
I have Aries, Pisces, and Capricorn stelliums. In this life, I am of fire and I am apprenticing water.
I interact with my experience of chronic illness and neurospiciness as the greatest of teachers, not as static identities or inadequacies.
I think in fractals and I speak in nature metaphors.
Both of my parents' people are defined by water - my Cajun mom is of the land of bayous (South Louisiana) and my Punjabi father is of the land of five rivers (in Pakistan).
If I'm not communing with the earth or doing ritual (which is both my work and my play), you might find me reading, doing archery, or soap carving.
