Each week we'll learn from rose through a different avenue of communication, explore where rose's lessons live within our own bodies and lives, and engage a tangible action for integration (such as guided visualization, gentle body movement, or making plant medicine). Sufia will provide practices to incorporate into your daily life to initiate and deepen your connection with rose. Unlike a typical academic model of engaging learning material only in a classroom or at a particular time, Plant Commune-ment is a six week immersive experience, a guided way to journey with a new relative and invite them fully into your life.
