Practice Space is an intimate open studio with floor seating (a couple of chairs are available). Please bring anything that will help you feel comfortable in the space (blanket/mat, cushions). No prior experience of any kind is needed for this event, just bring your curiosity, a sense of self-compassion, and willingness to co-create a liberatory healing space.
Masks and a negative rapid test are a prerequisite for attending in-person.

Yearly Reflection & Integratio
We'll spend some time reviewing all that has blossomed since last winter, and distill the lessons/seeds to utilize in crafting the next year. Bring a journal, your 2024 planner/calendar, collaging materials if you have them, and whatever will help you feel cozy & relaxed in the space.
