It is highly likely that there is a rose bush growing somewhere near you, and you can simply sit near the rosebush and be in communication that way. (Please be aware that most rosebushes are sprayed with chemicals, so I definitely don't recommend harvesting from or consuming anything from that rosebush.) NOTE: In Week 4 we'll be making physical medicine with rose, a rose-infused honey. You can be with this practice by simply watching the video but if you'd like to make your own alongside me, I'd recommend ordering food-grade rose petals and sourcing some high quality honey as soon as you can.
